Gals, if you travel, you must get involved with 3floz.com. Co-founders Kate Duff and Alexi Mintz couldn’t easily find TSA-friendly versions of their favorite beauty and personal care products to take with them on the go, so they started 3floz.com “for those who travel, those who are curious, and those who can’t commit.” In this age of scumbag terrorists who've made it so that we can't even drink a bottle of water, in the security line, I'm so glad Kate and Alexi have committed to creating a hub where you can find TSA-friendly sizes of ALL your vital beauty products.


The site carries an impressive selection of high-end beauty and grooming products (for men and women) that are all 3 fl oz or less. The brand list includes Ahava, Malin + Goetz, Art of Shaving, Ted Gibson, Anthony for Men, Ole Henricksen, Jonathan, Go Smile, Yes to Carrots and more (including many natural and organic brands). I did a test to see if they carry a small version of my favorite moisturizer du jour, DDF Advanced Moisture Defense UV Cream SPF 15 and lo and behold, there it was!

Whether you travel a lot, carry your life in your (heavy) purse, or love trying new products but don’t like buying full-size versions for fear of wasting both product and money should you end up not liking it--this site will prove infinitely useful.
