Yay or Nay: Hilary Duff's Burnished Strawberry Blonde Locks

    While I like it I also think the "ombre" effect in hair is just another way for women to grow out their roots and not have to visit a salon as often.

    Not really styrch. I'm pretty sure Hilary and other celebs paid big bucks to add the dye/dark hair and to create the meshing. I remember enews! doing a 'report' on how to get their hair colors from their salon (Byron Tracey).

    I do think it looks good on her but ombre is not for me lol.
