When you pull the little scrublet out of the bottle, there's a hole in which the back prong is nestled. So when you remove it, it makes this satisfying jelly-like thwaaap sound. It's all very sci-fi: The kind of scrubbing apparatus I'd imagine Vulcan women use. Or Starbuck on Battlestar Galactica.
It smells like a fresh-cut nectarine (it's rooti, tooti fresh AND) and went on smoothly, without irritating my slightly sunburnt skin. The scrublet again, is made with a jellylike substance, so it's extremely gentle on your face. The ridges are made of different little patterned sections. It looks kind of the way farm country does when you're on a plane. There are multiple designs of raised dots. The L'Oreal Go 360 Clean Deep Exfoliating Scrub retails for $7 at drugstores nationwide.

Intriguing. Did you notice who well it handles makeup removal? I'm looking for a cheaper alternative to Peter Thomas Roth Botanical Buffing Beads...
ReplyDeleteHey Jenna,
ReplyDeleteIt's not good for makeup removal, I always use a separate cleanser for that! But it's great for exfoliating.
I use this after I use my apricot st.ives scrub in the shower. But i use the cleanser one, it's green. It takes off most make-up pretty well, and leaves my face super soft and clean. Not that dry itchy feeling
