Gals, I attended a tour yesterday afternoon at The Makeup Show hosted by the fabulous James Vincent. My fave stop on the beauty whirlwind of a tradeshow was at the Stila booth. The summer 2009 collection is TO DIE. It's all sprinkled with 24K gold ("Stila girls don't put dirt on their faces," said the hilarious Desiree, who works for the brand). There's a Golden Noir Smudge Pot (black infused with gleaming gold sprinkles) and gorge goldeny glosses.
But I almost bodychecked people to stride over to the samples of the new collection the middle of the presentation to check out the brand's new Mango Crush Lip Stain. Oh yes. Mango Crush. After falling hard for Cherry Crush and then Pomegranate Crush, I'm newly smitten kitten with this one. It's going to be my summer must-have. It goes so PERFECTLY with my new blonde locks.
