I had the pleasure of interviewing The City's gorgeous breakout star Olivia Palermo for a recent issue of Glamour and got the secret to her stunning eye makeup--which she does herself! The MTV star and Manhattan socialite told me she swears by Revlon Fantasy Lengths Maximum Wear eyelashes. They're self-adhesive, which means there's no messy glue involved. They're a little like stick-on nails for your eyes--and they retail for about $6. It doesn't get cheaper--or chicer--than that!
